Clear Focus

A shared coaching portal

Set a goal that holds
under pressure.

Most goal-setting fails at the front end. People name a target before they have looked at themselves honestly, pick a horizon by default, and lock the goal too early. Clear Focus fixes the order — you gather truth, set the window, map the route backwards, and only then crystallize the goal to a single point.

Steady Ground

A separate toolset for the hours and days right after a resignation, a firing, a reduction in force, or a mutual separation. Centering first, then reframing — plus a 14-day Daily Reframe deck. Start here if the numbered flow feels like too much.

Module 1 — Clear Focus: Find the Goal

Six steps

Gather truth, set the window, map the route backwards, and only then name the one goal that matters.

01

Tell Yourself the Truth

See the whole picture — what you're proud of and what you avoid — before naming any target.

02

Set the Window

Choose the window deliberately. Long enough to build something real, short enough that you cannot hide.

03

Walk It Back

Stand at the vision and walk backwards. If you can see the route, you can travel it.

04

Cut It to One Line

Focus is subtraction. One measurable goal, distilled from everything above.

05

Name Your Anchors

The people who hold you to it, the ask you make of them, and the date you make it.

06

Test the Walls

List every limit you are operating under and mark each one real or false.

Module 2 — Sharpen the Target

Six steps

Turn the goal into ranked values, a narrowed target, real people who can move it forward, and a wider check against the legacy it was meant to serve.

4.5

Sort What Matters

Sort a 48-card deck into three piles, narrow to eight, then force the cut to five.

05

Force the Ranking

Career, money, balance, the work itself, the people. Force rank one through five, no ties.

06

Find the Target Zone

Work backward from your top two values to real people and organizations living them now.

07

Ask the Right People

Three different relationships. Name each one, and put a dated ask against it.

08

Check the Wider Route

A job is one route to the legacy. Test the target against three that are not.

09

Re-anchor and Re-test

Run both again against the sharper target this module produced.
