Scope the work
A short conversation to confirm the goal, the horizon, and whether the program or standalone coaching is the right shape.
Work the modules
You complete each module in the portal between sessions. Your answers are saved and become the prep for the session that follows.

One hour per module with Sarah. The session goes where your written work says it needs to go.
